Toyota Avalon: A Perfect Sedan

If sedans fascinate you, the Toyota Avalon surely demands your attention! Unveiled on February 1994 as a 1995 model, the Avalon is manufactured by Toyota and built in the United States. After a series of facelifts in the mid 2000s, the Japanese automaker finally introduced the latest fourth generation version of the Avalon at the February 2016 Chicago Auto Show, for the 2016 model year.

The exteriors of this 3.5 L V8 sedan come with a cool and catty front chrome grille, coupled with Quadra beam halogen auto headlights with fog lamps, LED daytime running headlights, and LED taillights, and 18-inch dark grey painted wheels. The upper body crease line of the car seamlessly and rhythmically flows to the rear combination lamps with perfect attention to detail.

The interior profiling has been done carefully, keeping every aspect in mind. The interiors of the Avalon 2016 come with ample leg room for front and rear seat passengers, leather upholstery, vinyl-wrapped dashboard, cruise control, auto-dimming mirror with compass, steering-mounted audio controls and other multifunctional switches. The center console boasts of an infotainment system consisting of mobile app integration, GPS navigation, voice recognition system, TFT LCD display and a powerful 11-speaker JBL audio system with connectivity options such as Bluetooth, USB, and AUX. The key functions of the audio system are displayed on a high-tech touchscreen.

To provide you shelter from the scorching heat, automatic and electrically powered rear sunshades have been installed by the Japanese automaker. To locate important items while driving at night, subtle interior lights make it easy to do so. For added comfort, both the front seats are electrically adjustable, thereby enabling the front occupants to relax in their ideal sitting position.

For safety features, the Avalon 2016 comes with ten Supplementary Restraint System (SRS) airbags along with knee and side curtain airbags. Other safety features include tyre pressure monitoring system (TPMS), vehicle stability control (VSC), traction control system (TCS) and anti-lock braking system (ABS), coupled with electronic brake force distribution (EBD), child protection rear door locks and a slick pre-crash system with automatic collision notification.
